EMBROIDERY FAQ

What are your minimum order quantities?

For embroidery there is no minimum order. If you need just one we can do that, but if you need 1000 we can also do that.

How long will my order take?

Our typical turnaround time for garment embroidery orders is 7 to 10 working days from time of payment, excluding any additional shipping time.

Are there any price breaks?

Yes of course! The more you order, the cheaper per unit cost becomes. For garment embroidery we have price breaks at 49+ units, 99+ units, 199+ units and beyond for large volume orders. This is on a per design basis. 

Is there a set up fee and what is that used for?

Yes there is a set up fee on a per logo or design basis. The set up is so our in house team can take your image or logo and create a file so the embroidery machine knows where to embroider the threads in a precise way. This set up process is called digitising and is what makes all the magic happen.

If I supply you with the garments will you embroider them?

Short answer, No.
In some very special circumstances we will consider it, otherwise we only embroider orders on the blanks that we can supply in order to guarantee the level of quality that is expected from us. We hold blanks from every major manufacturer and many specialist brands so you will never have trouble finding the right product for your project.

 

Can you design me a logo to embroider?

I have multiple designs to embroider, can you do that?

Yes 100% no problem. We can embroider as many designs as you need. For complex orders that require multiple designs or services, please get in touch via our contact page so we can get you on the right track faster.
